We may request photos or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

4. Return Process

After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

5. Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Once the returned item is received and confirmed to meet our return conditions, the eligible refund will be processed.

Any applicable non-refundable delivery or shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

For a customer-requested return, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

If the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Kaneeza Shop may cover the applicable return shipping cost.
